Whether you are looking to relieve stress, get better sleep, cultivate inner peace, prompt creativity, engage in harmonious relationships, improve your health, increase your work performance, discover what you want to do with your life, or dive deeper into your spiritual practice, I am here to tell you that meditation is the key.

The funny thing is, even though the benefits of meditation are profound, there couldn’t be anything easier or more natural than the practice.

In fact, all you really need are three things: 1) Willingness, 2) Attention, and 3) Focus.

Willingness, attention, focus... it’s really all you need to unlock a new way of being.

In case you’re wondering, let me tell you what you won’t need. You won’t need incense. Or candles. Or robes or beads. You won’t be asked to sit in a lotus position, chant, or engage in any religious beliefs, philosophies, or world-views other than the ones you show up with. Rest assured, meditation is for you, no matter your background, lifestyle, or beliefs. If you can think a thought, you can meditate!

My meditation classes are fun, inclusive and affordable. The method I teach is effortless; one you can do practically anywhere—for free and forever. Once you learn, you’ll see benefits right away.  And then it’s your treasure to keep! There is no expiration date; there are no gimmicks. I had a eureka moment when something within me—something like a still, small voice—prompted me to learn to meditate.

Learning to meditate was a decision that changed everything.

Before that, I had tried all sorts of novel approaches to doctor-up the bumps and scars wrought by life. Through meditation, I finally learned to be present in the here and now, and began to understand what Jesus meant when he said, “… the kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:21). Much to my surprise, there was no need to search outside of myself for peace and happiness. Absolute well-being, I found, was an inside job.

I joyfully teach meditation to anyone with a desire to learn. I am creative and curious, and have a broad range of experiences.  I have worked in corporate America, owned and operated a small business, balanced work and family, and whole-heartedly engaged in a courageous journey of self-realization. Today I am fully committed to guiding people on the most exciting adventure of all: the journey inward.
