I’ve seen too many people struggle with meditation. They start out curious but don't know where to begin, so they sift through all the information and test-drive the apps only to become overwhelmed and discouraged. As a result, people are trying to meditate but not sticking with it. Or worse – they’re not starting at all. 

And that breaks my meditating heart. 

I'm on a mission to make meditation easy to learn and easy to stick with - so you can see it working in your life.

Take this challenge so you can:
  1. Blow through common obstacles that keep many people stuck and make them give up.
  2. Understand if you should use apps, be guided, or practice unguided.
  3. Get the 5 things you absolutely need to know in order to be successful and happy with meditation.

  • You'll get an email each morning with a brief teaching and daily assignment

  • There'll be an opportunity to attend a live group session with me via Zoom along the way
